For Organisations

Partnerships

A strategist and speaker who has spent a career presenting to boards and global audiences. I work with organisations whose people are excellent and underselling it, as a speaker, a workshop lead, and a name on the list when a member, founder, or executive needs this handled properly.

The gap between how good someone is and how good they appear shows up everywhere: in a founder who can't pitch as well as they build, an executive who's outgrown how they present, a member who's accomplished on paper and invisible in a room.

Organisations tend to notice this before individuals do. If you're responsible for the quality of what your members, founders, or leaders put out into the world, that's the work I do, delivered as a talk, a workshop series, or one-to-one alongside your people.

Background

Where this comes from

I'm not a former chief executive teaching people how to be one. My work comes from the other side of the table: a career spent in corporate strategy and business development, presenting to boards and at global meetings, where holding a senior room was the job rather than a perk of the title.

That distinction is the point. Earning a board's full attention without positional authority to command it is the harder version of the skill, and it's the version most of your people actually need.

Who I Partner With

Four kinds of relationship

Matchmakers

Client referrals

You're placing someone who is far more compelling in person than they appear on paper. I close that gap before the introduction, not after it.

  • Profile, photography direction, and how they come across in writing
  • Styling for first meetings and the wardrobe behind them
  • Presence coaching for people who are out of practice
  • Discreet, single-client engagements with quick turnaround
Private Members' Clubs & Societies

Speaking & member programming

Programming that members actually turn up for, on a subject nearly everyone has a private opinion about and few have addressed properly.

  • Evening talks and fireside conversations
  • Small-group member workshops, hands-on
  • Seasonal style and image sessions
  • Member-rate one-to-one work as a follow-on
VC Funds & Accelerators

Portfolio founder support

Founders raise, hire, and sell on the strength of how they come across. Most have never been coached on it. I'd like to be the name on your platform list when they need it.

  • Cohort sessions on founder presence and narrative
  • Pitch-adjacent work: how the founder lands, not just the deck
  • One-to-one clinics across a portfolio or cohort
  • Pre-demo-day and pre-fundraise intensives
Corporates

Executive presence & communication

For leaders who have been promoted faster than their presentation has caught up: newly client-facing, newly senior, newly visible.

  • One-to-one work on presence, delivery, and executive image
  • Support for newly promoted or newly public-facing leaders
  • Team workshops for client-facing and leadership groups
  • Preparation for keynotes, media, and company milestones
Speaking

What I speak about

Four recurring subjects. Each one is shaped to the audience before delivery.

First impressions

What people decide before you've finished a sentence, and how much of it is within your control.

Presence and communication

How you hold a room, and why that often counts for more than what you prepared.

Personal brand

What people are already concluding about you, where those conclusions come from, and how to take the decision back.

Image and style

Reading the unspoken visual baseline of a room, and meeting it deliberately rather than expensively.

If you're programming for members, founders or a leadership team and think there's a fit, tell me about the room.
